I tried recharging my R wallet 3 times yesterday i.e. on 03/04/2025 and once today i.e. on 04/04/2025. Money got debited from my account but wallet did not recharge.
Today I even tried booking my season pass for 1 month but the same thing happened and my pass was not issued.
Because of the above failed transaction I have lost 1015 Rs and do not have money to buy further tickets.
I called the customer care and they told that the money will be refunded within 5-7 working days but the issue is that I have been left with a single digit account balance and wont be able to book any further ticket until and unless i dont get the amount refunded.
Please give me an assurance that I will not be troubled in case of ticketless travelling for the next 5-7 working days until my account is refunded as the issue was with the application.
I tried booking the ticket as a responsible traveller but the UTS application issues had made me helpless and no option is left for me.
