I submitted a Redemption Request on 9th November 2020. Till date I have not received the amount. To make matters worse they are not even responding to emails nor through messages sent on their site. As if this is not enough, they are not allowing me to complete any surveys now. Every survey, yes, every survey I'm being disqualified for no reason. Such a pity this is the state of affairs in our country. There is no transparency at all. They get you to work for them and earn interest by holding the payment that is genuinely due to be paid to you. Their lack of response to emails and reminders through their site smacks of the calibre of people heading this organisation.
