Indiaspeaks could not process my reward redemption due to change in the mobile no. Which i reported immediately. Since then, i made several requests but all fell on deaf ears and the company is evading to process it. As such, request you to take up this matter with the company to resolve it and save me from further harassment.

This a deliberate intent just to harass the people for not paying their reward redemption.

Hope this matter would be given proper attention to resolve it rather than sending in black hole.

Despite repeated follow ups, i have not received the reward rs 1300 which has been pending for quite sometime. The indiaspeaks team kept me telling that the reward redemption rs 1300 has been processed and i would receive soon but to no avail. They are shifting my reward redemption dates as promised one after the another

It is very frustrating on the part of the company to make such erroneous and misleading statements

Its been more than 2 months now that i have raised a request for demand draft and still the status shows as new and even after repetitive emails send to the customer care no has bother to reply nor even send an acknowledgement.Ive read qlot of complaints about no one receiving the demans draft and if the company is not bothered to send the drafts then its a total waste of time.Company like panelstation send the money in just a month and even reply when we send mails to the customer care.Even no one picks up the call when called at the customer care no which has been provided on your site.Please get it resolved ASAP

I have been a valuable member of indiaspeaks.net for over a year and i redeemed for 1000 paytm cash in the 3rd month of the year 2018 and still have not received. I contacted the firm through phone and none picked nor my complaints received any response. I've not earned for the time i've spent and it's really disappointing as a consumer. Please help me out. I've attached photos for proofs kindly do the needful. I wish i receive a response from indiaspeaks.net and also my reward

I redeemed 500 points from indiaspeaks.net portal . according to them It takes 45 days to process thye reward request, it has been about 85 days now and still I didn't receive my reward. on writing to them about this there is no response on behalf of them.
am enclosing a screen shot of my panel in which the request was filed on 25-04-18
It has been 20-07-18 now and still I didn't receive my reward.

I redeem paytm payment 2100 point on 30.3.2018, even after waiting for 2 months and requesting for the rewards the money is not transferred to my paytm account...I send u messages on customer care but still now no reply in these website . I am eight years working in this website..I earn lot of money but first time this problem not resolved me..I felt bad because I recommended to my friends...almost 60 days not credited and no reply my msg..

I redeemed my reward point few month ago but did not received till now. my paytm no is - [protected] . indiaspeaks.net does not reply any solution . they told me once that reward will receive after 45 days . but how many 45 days gone, reward not received. As soon as possible take action to get my reward . Tanya Basu, where are you ? I will go against you if I don't receive my reward cash within 7 days .

Even after waiting for 2 months and requesting for the rewards the money is not transferred to my paytm account. have even called on costumer care, but still the problem is unsolved..
i am attaching the proof of it.. theres no sign of rewards.. the first request was on[protected] after waiting for 2 months there's no response.
even after calling the customer care the response i get is nothing. they said it will be done in a while but initially nothing happens..

On[protected] redeemed 1100 points as paytm but have not received it till date its 18 april 2018 today. Requested twice about when i will receive it on contact us section but have not received any reply. It generally says to take 45 days but that is incorrect i have received last amount in 3 months and now it has already been above 4 months. At least they should reply to the complain.

I redeemed 300 rs paytm on 12/12/17 and waited for almost 6months but still has'nt got my hard earned money.. Still waiting.. Even contacted [protected]@gmail.com but everytime she replies me - your request is processed by finance team.. We'lk update you when we get an update from the.. At first she promised me lthat my amount will be creditrd in last week of april but now took a u turn and again asking me to wait.. Hate to break it but had high hopes turned out to be a scam,,, hope they credit the amount and even that sounds way too optimistic after 30-40 emails and getting almost the same reply..

Any update on my 2 requests for redeem in moth on ofbspetember 2017 and february 2018
I placed request in september 2017 for redeeming to paytm wallet and still after 6 months i have not received any rewards.
I have contacted more than 20 times to tanya. [protected]@indiaspeaks.net for my redeeming but no t got reply when the paytm cash will be credited.
Please credit the paytm cash as i have taken surveys and earned points.

I completely disappointed with your answer.because you have replayed only on 13th August 2017 redemption request of 100 Rs Paytm amount was successfully credited at this month (13th of march 2018) and 50 Rs mobile recharge (Aircel) also done successfully. But you are not replayed on 18th of October 2017 request to 100 Rs Paytm redemption and 19th of march 2018 another 100 Rs redemption request was not done what about you're answer on this.
And one more question if one customer do that Paytm transfer you can take maximum how much time?
Because just now you're replayed you're October month request in process.even in you're terms and conditions also not mentioned maximum time.generally such type of issues maximum take 24 to 48 working hours.but in my situation not hours more than 150 days over on October month request so I feeeeel very shame.
My request is please read my above issue carefully and reply you're answers on all above questions genuinely. Iam waiting for you're answer.

I redeemed for 150 paytm cash in india speak but amount did not transfer to paytm and i contact through there phone number no response and i tried through there email and there also no reply. I am new to india speak so if they do not do anything my father is lawyer and if within week they give the proper reply about the condition of india speak i will wait unless they wont to close there fraud survey site which i will definetly complaint in consumer court and indiaspeak you will get notice within a week clock is ticking...

I requested 100 rs paytm cash 3 times at August of 2017 and october of 2017.already 7 months over.but i dint get a single rupay in my account i sent a mail more than 100 times regarding these... But no use they dint responded me still how many months i have to wait to get these 200 rs back please kindly do the need as soon as possible.and recently today (19/03/2018) also I requested 100 Rs Paytm transfer.today also iam not getting any single rupee.why?
Once you check in my rewards section it shows totally 350 Points (Rupees) in pending but it's not shows any remarks.please do action immediately. Even my friends also facing same problem.if you are not credited 300 Rs in my Paytm wallet with in 3 working days surely I will approach consumer court.

I reported here in consumer complaint online site and by indiaspeak team i was informed that in this week i will receive my paytm money today is monday end of previous week but still haven't received any money

Why you people lie everytime

I know you people will now give any lame excuses

Indiaspeak customer service is playing with my emotions

They won't reply to my mails

They still haven't paid me my paytm money

All they have to say is their usaual dialogue that you will receive your money but they still haven't paid it's more than 1 year that i still haven't received my money
