[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — baggage loss

I want to bring to your notice that i lost my baggage while travelling down to chennai from pune on 5th morning via flight 6e-159. I was carrying a bag which was collected from me at gate # 3 by your staff. He assured me that i will receive the same at chennai airport and he manually tagged it. As per him the baggage size was bigger where as i have traveled with the same bag multiple times earlier. But once after reaching the chennai airport i didn't find my bag and reported the issue to indigo service desk immediately and waited there for 2-3 long hours. I was suppose to catch a train from chennai central but i couldn't because the mess created by your airlines. I went there to attend a function on 5th night and then to go on vacation to pondicherry
But my whole vacation was ruined by you guys. You never allow passenger to even get late by 5 mins when it comes to collect boarding pass or board our flight. But here i was given mental stress for three days.in these three days i continuously tried to get in touch with chennai staff on their service desk number (Provided by chennai staff) but the staff was very rude and didn't had the courtesy to even reply back with updates. They weren't bothered about it and they even stopped taking my calls.
I am already a patient of severe migraine and i was made to suffer a lot for three long days. Your staff was not responsible enough to update me with the progress instead they not responded to my calls. I couldn't go on vacation to pondicherry because i didn't had any stuff. Even i purchased new clothes and daily routine stuff to survive these three days. No help, support was provided to me by indigo or their staff,. They don't even have any human values. Finally when i got in touch with your customer service team, they assured me that i would receive timely calls after every 4 hours which i never received. Your whole team was trying to fool me and humiliate me. The same thing can be verified by listening to call recordings and call details. I was mentally harassed by you airlines and i need a compensation for it.
I need compensation for :
-i missed my train so at last i didn't had any other option other then to hire a cab to reach ifmr, sricity (A. P). So i need the whole amount i spent on it.
- i had to purchase new clothes and other stuff to survive so kindly provide re-reimbursement for it as well.
- you spoiled my whole trip, given mental stress to me. Provide compensation for the suffering that i have gone through for these three days just because of your staff's carelessness.
- refund my air-tickets.
Your pune staff person who informed me that he would be sending luggage to cargo, didn't send it. Instead he sent it to to cabin without informing me and other staff members about the same. I want an action against him as well. How he can be so irresponsible. I booked ticket online so airlines had all my details, my contact number, my email id everything. But they didn't made any effort to even correct their mistake.
In these three days no one made any effort to even track doen my luggage because my luggage was lying at chennai airport. If your chennai airport team would have communicated with pune team, this issue could have been resolved immediately. But it all happened due to careless and carefree behavior of indigo airlines. These are the people who are airlines face ans trust me indigo has lost all my faith and trust. I will make sure that i never travel in your airlines again and will make sure that i aware people around me about the same and make them to never go for your airlines. You chennai staff and pune only acted when i reached the aiport and shouted at them. Otherwise no one bothered to look into my concern.
