[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Delayed service

Dear indigo team, have purchased indigo flight ticket worth 22, 370 rs on 3rd december 2025 against pnr no q6r2fm to have a interconnecting flight from kolkata to bangalore via patna. Landed @ patna airport @ 9:20 m via flight 6e713.From patna flight 6e 805 supposed to take off from 11:30 am to reach bangalore by 14:10 pm got delayed by more than 2 hours .Had serious events programmed & planned post my arrival supposed tobe @14:10 pm instead reached @ 16:31 pm which has fully taken turmoil of time supposed to be used in that crucial time of the day ???? why such wrong moves happened fromyour end. ??/ never in my life, not even an once such delay occurred with indigo ??? this has been a disastrous thing occurred that to @ peak & golden hours of my days activity ??? who is responsible for it ???? why such a mess up ??????????????????///notanticipated from such a world class company like indigo. Never expected indigo will givesubstandard delayed arrivals to genuine & honest customer like me as it isnonsense experience with indigo ??????????????????//hopelessservice from indigo , frustrated. 'am a loyal & repeated business giver customer to indigo, however this time got screwed up because of your inefficiency to handle the flight movements genuinely & honestly .Just giving a snacks containing a biscuit, juice & mixer items, can you address my losses that happened on that crucial time ??? what's necessity for me spend such a big amount to spend on you guys ?? i would have gone with your competitors ???there is no one to care in patna airport whats the emergency customer into ?? what's his condition if the current flight got delayed by more than 2 hours ??? where is your managers so called caretakers doing on that crucial time ?? there was one lady saying wait for 2 hours to expect alternate flight ?? asked her a question who is going to compensate for such a delay ?? no answer from her ??? complete a nonsense ??? its a no man land, we need punish ourself just by choosing indigo by paying hefty amount to wait endlessly ??? for loosing my crucial time, energy & money ???
my condition was so pathetic & worst . All my family members are mentally disturbed & all are under severe shock .
I was dying there, still your team is telling that please have patience to see what you guys will do to me ?

it's such a nonsense experience with indigo . Would you understand dying situation with which 'am going through .
Totally it's been a mess internally @ indigo . People do not own the actual responsibility . Inspite of awaiting for more than 2 hours still don't have any clue when my concerns shall be taken care , it's so disgusting such that, thinking that indigo shall extend the necessary support ?.

It's clearly shows that there is complete evidence of governance breakdown & there is no ethical ways of dealing with the such genuine critical issues such as minimizing the delay in getting flight back .
Till now 'am really clue less why @ indigo , people are taking us for granted to shut our mouth pl inspite of enquiring what's our pathetic condition due to delayed move from indigo ???
however due to such pathetic experience, havestopped in approaching you guys ??? never wanted to give more business to such nonsense service providers wastingmoney & time spent on it in choosing such callous brands like indigo ????there is no quality checks in indigo , whysuch worst attitude . Pathetic service from indigo .The front office persons are so hopeless & worst attitude persons as they doesnot haspatience to check the customers conditions properly, instead they are interested in pushing meout of the subject how to come out such a deadly delay ????????????????????????. You guys are making fun out of customers. Take us for granted without any productive discussion?????? situation was is such pathetic that it was getting into unhygienic &nonsense behaviours. Do we need to publish such nonsense movements in news paper , do we need to put this rubbish incidence in social media's - facebook, twitter, instagram, is there anybody is taking stock of the situation as it is gettinginto worst day by day . End responses are unhygienic & dumping unwanted responses at customer end .Totally mess here ?????creating ruckusatmosphere ? you guys are good in argues with the people to create ruckus . You guys never bothers to listen to customer , no religious intentionto maintain discipline & good atmosphere during such a dying crucial time & never bothersto extend any support .It was one of the worst moment in my life since i have never seensuch unhealthy moves from airline partner - indigo?????? . Horribly he butchered myvaluable time, energy & complete noon & evening.We got fully frustrated due tosuch acts of impropriety by indigo as a world class entity???.In a nutshell, interaction with indigo is an horribleexperience. Neversettles back for customer friendly ????? is this the planned misbehaviour &malpractices practised by world class entity indigo @ india???? . Have been customer to indigo from past many years & months, this being the worst service from tupperware ????????????why such nonsense & unethical practices.? this is the patheticexperience from you guys why no results can beanticipated from you guys ?? always get a message saying that "we can’tsupport ? ???? then what for it's integrated with customer ? is this doneto play with customer life ? waste of time & energy here ? when you people will woke up ?? it's a height of carelessness ???? total a stupid experience from indigo??? with this indigo attitude, i don't think you willsurvive in business for long ? your delivery front line staffs are useless guys, do notunderstand the sentiments of customer ? all they know is that take hefty money close the order, thats it . Rubbishexperience from indigo ? why there is an issue ?? every moment there are one or theother issues ? .Is there any permanent solution? pl ensure your service is customer friendly, & look for solving rather gettingirritated at your way of not responding to customers situations else your sales will have major impact . Out of patience, i don't have any option to go for your competitorswhich are more customer friendly & services are also much good &fresh . Pl get this resolved at the earliest . Services & responses are ofsubstandard . As it's already crossed my expectations, who going to compensate ??
are we considered as granted & jokers to accept whatever youwill feel like getting delayed services dumped at our end? never appreciate indigo to go down with such patheticlevels why such wrong move from world class company indigo?is this the experiment you want to do as case study ? i wish to ask your esteemed good office to investigate theabove feedback . Let's be careful in their day to day work and ensure that inno way do they compromise customer satisfaction , customers' expectations .
Please encourage your people to think out of box and go extra mile todeliver delight to customers and please note & continue to keep our dealings completely insync with win to win situation with customer's requirement.This is one of the remarkable bad experience with carelessmonitoring & giving pathetic services to customer from yourend : rubbish .Wish to go for legal opinion on it since it has broughtunhealthy waste of time, money & energy ? entire day got wasted ???will file a case with nearest police station & court .
