Payment done but ticket not received

I have made a reservation for my brother but i didnt received the ticket. after the payment the site returned back to the homepage itself

Indigo Airlines Payment went through - Did not receive PNR, confirmation, or itinerary

Today (11/10/2023)
I booked a flight from IMF to DEL on 25/10/2023.

The payment has gone through.

I have not receive a payment confirmation from indigo but amount has debited from my credit card.

Getting hold of customer service has been very challenging!
I have waited the queue in WhatsApp...

I was waiting for a refund, instead got a confirmation after 11 days!

This is getting hilarious, after waiting for the refund for 10 days. I finally contacted the customer service through email which was less than helpful. Then I complained here, I bought another ticket with pnr UPNK3C on 21st september after my first transaction failed.

But instead of a refund I got a pnr confirmation AFTER 11 DAYS! I will not pay the cancelation fee for a ticket I didn't even know existed. If I knew I...

Payment deducted but No PNR or booking copy received

I purchased a ticket from IXA (Agartala) to BLR (Bengaluru) today. The date of the Fight is 10th October, 2023. The amount was deducted from my card. But I have not received any PNR or ticket copy. I have the transaction ID. I can provide it if you want.

Voucher issue

Here is the latest update on the issue I have with INDIGO AIRLINES
Indigo Airlines has issued Rs. 5000 worth 5 vouchers, total of Rs. 25000. But One vouchers can be used with one flight booking only. So Now I have to fly through Indigo Airline for 5 times within 6 month. It is clear that three of the vouchers will be expired because I will not be able to fly even two times in six month. Didn't receive booking confirmation, but amount was deducted from bank account

Damaged baggage claim

Hello,

On 28 Apr 2023, I flew with Indigo/Turkish (code share) airline from Zurich to Delhi.
This is concerned flight 6E12. Upon arrival, my baggage came off the conveyor belt damaged (Broken from top and upper area PFA pictures) and I noticed it while putting my luggage in Taxi.

Boarding pass issues

My name is Sabyasachi Kabiraj. I have booked indigo flight for Patna to Chennai. I reached airport by 1.40p.m.and my flight was on 2.35p.m.Indigo airport authority refused to give me boarding pass. As boarding time was over. But according to airline rule boarding pass should be available before 29mint before leaving the flight. Flight booking payment errors

Hi

Every time, I use Indigo official web site to do my flight booking, after finishing payment via Net Banking, I get the display that the transaction is successful.

I then get the email confirmation from my bank to confirm the amount being debited towards the payment made.

However, I get a payment error on my indigo website and no email received from Indigo to confirm my booking with flight details.br...

Lost my IPhone 13 blue

Damaged luggage

On 11 Dec 2022, I took flight number 6e-6422 from Ahmedabad to Bengaluru. It was a direct flight and had no issues with the flight service. I was very much happy until I came to know my checked luggage was damaged.

I apprised the concerned people over the luggage counter, but they advised me to mail it. But that's also not working. I have traveled by your airline numerous times but never faced such an issue. It is pathetic...

Change schedule - I cannot avail plan B for individual members in a group booking

Luggage broken wheel

No option to prebook under CPML

I travel quite often on Indigo flights. Recently from Delhi- Varanasi, Delhi- mabgalore- Bangalore - Delhi sectors (travelling today from Bengaluru to Delhi 6E735). The tragedy is you are not offered to prebook a meal of your choice under CPML Corporate ticket. Can't understand why this strange descrimination..?...
