[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — complaining regarding baggage | |||
Dear all, I love to travel with indigo airline whenever its possible. I always choose your airlines for flying from kathmandu to delhi and vice versa. But due to some problem i stopped travelling from your airline and choose jet airways. The reason is the behaviour of your staff. Me and friend daughter study in dehradun. And we took flight always for the same. And annual holiday as on 2071/12/01 we were flight through delhi to kathmandu, nepal. Our pnr no. B7mw6v. We reached to airport on time. We were on bagage submission line. We had five ticket which mean that we are able to carry 5 x 30 = 150 kg in laugage and 5 x 8 = 40 kg in hand carry. Please note that we were traveling with students. As per your company rules we can carry more if there is students. But your employee behave very rudely. And told us that we have to pay excess bagage payment as soon as possible otherwise the computer will get shutdown and we will not be able to travel. Due to that we are forced to pay the amount at that moment. We tried to get stuff from lugage and want to carry hand lugague but he did not coporate with us. Hence please look for this. If there was our mistake than i would have not complaint about it. I complain to eaach and every member. Even in flight also. But they told me write the complain. I run the online business in nepal. If i want i can spread this news easily but i was very busy with my schedule. Today i got the slip of excess bagage. Thats why i am writing this application to you. Sorry for delay complain. Once again we are not suppose to pay this amount. Its the pressure given to us. Hope to get favourable response from your side. Thank you Santosh kumar agrawal Biz.
