Sir/mam I, subramanian v. K. Ex-servicem, en army presently working in income tax department booked ticket for my son and his friends, their pnr no is as followsfgklfq and adhrz failed to board the flight because of non communication a days prior to departure. Usually i used to get alert regarding the time of closing and what time to reeport to airport, ms fareen said a sms was sent to my son's mobile no [protected] and his friend mobile no[protected], kaushik19. [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com on 25.09.18 at 1.30 a. M. Because of this reason my son suffered a lot both mentally and physically. I ask one message or e-mail what will cost for indigo i dont know.in future please bear it in mind, your executive mr. Gautam told that it is not indigo duty to message a day prior to flight departue being it is already printed at the time of booking on line ticket. So take it as feed back or advice please send a courtesy message or drop a mail in future.
