[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — money got debited from bank account but ticket not confirmed

I used net banking through paytm wallet on indigo website to do booking of flight from bengaluru to delhi. The paytm paid rupees 6766 to billdeskutil but the ticket was not confirmed. I had to do payment again using my debit card.
Now, i have mad numerous calls to indigo helpline but they say they have not received it and they say it will take 10 days.
