[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — pnr-nn37me, non refund of amount towards tickets cancelled on 13th apr 19 | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am writing to inform & notify you that i had booked 5 tickets of indigo airlines For 4 adults and 1 infant from bangalore to ahmedabad. The pnr details of this booking are pnr - nn37me. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the booking and i had cancelled the same as per policy (Almost 9 hours prior to the departure of flight). I have the cancellation advice from indigo where the refund amount of inr 3046/- was to be credited back to my bank since it was an online booking. It is indeed surprising and shocking to note that its almost a month today, that i don't have the refund amount credited to my bank account. May i know reason for this unnecessary delay and harrasment. I urge once gain to look into this matter on priority and ensure to refund back the amount of inr 3046/- immediately to my bank account.
