My name is monalisa bose. 3 times rs.241.69 has been deducted on 31/10/2017 instead of once from my sbi debit card. While filling up the form of ignou, twice it showed registration failed. But after when i checked i found instead of once rs 241.69 for control no.[protected],
It deducted total rs.710.32 (241.69*3) amount from sbi account.
I'd request you to refund back the extra amount.

Notice given in the site (Note: candidates facing the problem of deduction of examination fee amount without getting the acknowledgement/ control no. (Failed registration) are required to apply again in the online examination form before the last date of online submission of examination form. These candidates can submit the request for refund of failed registration amount alongwith details separately if not refunded automatically by the payment gateway (Payu)

This is to inform you that while filluping the online exam form for december 2017 exam, i, mayuri bhuyan, student of mps 2nd year bearing the enrolment number[protected], had made thrice the payment against the ignou, it happened due to the internet problems.
So, its a request to you to kindly refund me the thrice payment made mistakenly to the concern sbi a/c (Payment made from) only by accepting the one time payment.

With all due respect i would like to have your attention to my course. As it's been almost 2 months the result has been declared but one of my assignment - mco-07 has not been updated till yet due to which the result is pending. As to get the further qualifications, i need my degree asap but it's not quite possible until the assignment is updated. Although i have submitted all the required assignments within the time lap. Also i do have the assignment submission slip which is the evident of submitting all the assignments. Please consider my issue and do the needful.

I am sampada kumar swain, i enrolled for meg programme and my admission granted in july 2017 and my branch concerned authority assured me, i will avail all study material by august. It is regret to inform that still the study materials have not yet dispatched. I visited many items my regional center but they showed negligible response me. Further i sent mail to ignou newdelhi, but they are not replying me on this concern, even if they didnot pick up my call. I am really dishearten by joining ignou.

I appeared in this year's term end exam held in june 2017. My programme code is bed and my enrolment no is[protected]. Today i found in ignou website that i got only e grade in bese 065 (Subject code) and i am not at all satisfied with this. As such i would request you to kindly review the answescript of bese065.
At the same time is ubmitted all the assignments before exam but till date the grades given asignments are not being shown in the website.
Please do the needful in this regard and also ensure that the answerscript of bese 065 is reviewed.

I am doing payment through payubiz for my ignou exam fee rs.480/- x 2 two times = 960/- but my union bank account deduct the same payment and payment submission status is not confirm by payubiz. So please refund the same amount or do the needful. Without late fee charges because last date of payment is 31st october my ignou enrollment no.[protected] ba final year transaction failed... I would like to confirm you that i have taken admission in meg final year today[protected] online through re-registration form.

As per the fee structure, the amount of the course master of arts in english is 9000/-.
4500rs for the 1st year of the course and 4500rs for the 2nd year (Final year).

But while taking the online admission in meg final year, the total amount deducted is 5400rs even i have taken admission before the last date of admission without late fees.

Can you please check why the 900rs extra has been deducted, it should not happen as per the rules and protocols.

My name is m. S. Meenakshi. I'm a 1st year mapc student. While trying to register for 2nd year, my transaction was succesful and money was deducted from my vijayabank account. But the ignou webpage was saying that it was not able to contact the bank server and asking to pay again. I dont know what to do. Sending you the transaction details. If i try to pay again, it is not letting me pay saying that the transaction-id has been successful and i should generate new transaction id to pay again. Kindly let me know what to do as the last date of re-registration is oct end.

My another friends also registered on that month and they get their study material in august but i did not found any study material by your respective university. My regional center of ignou is khanna and i called regularly in this center but no one picked my phone. Moreover, i also remind them by sending email but they did not bother. I greatly regret from their service. My study is totally affected by ur university. My ist year exam will be on july 2018 all the students do their preparations but why not i. I send lots of mail at khanna but they dont reply at all. I m totally fed up by ur university. I again remind u plz send my books in this month

I would like to change my subjects before payment in ignou re-registration admission online portal but i am unable to change.
I was tried to complaint on given id while we are facing problem on online admission but they have no solution. They told me to continue with wrong subjects and try after some time to change subjects with fresh fees.
I want to ask why i go with wrong subjects when i do not want to continue with this and why should i pay higher fee.
