Individual — Airline ticket refund

Cleartrip is not refunding air india frankfurt - chennai return ticket booked on cleartrip platform undertrip id:[protected]. Ticket was cancelled on 22nd april 2020. Even after informing that air india has refunded the money to cleartrip on 15th july 2020 as confirmed by air india customer care (Mail attached), clear trip gives generic, evasive reply not giving any direct answer on whether they have recd refund, when the claim was raised with air india etc.

I find cleartrip is not transparent and insincere. Hey are deliberately holding my money they received from air india.

There is no telephone interface, no escalation path, faceless organisation

Request you help me out to get my refund.
