I have transferred ₹5000 in 3 breakups for ₹3500 mobile phone. As seller asked me to pay ₹1500 in advance. Secondly ₹2000 as cod is not available in my area. Thirdly ₹1500 for air cargo charges and assured me that it is refundable amount once the product is delivered. Fourth time with a gap of 2 hours, he asked me to pay ₹3250 for gst (For ₹3500 products, he is demanding ₹3250), then immediately i refused to pay any amount and requested to refund my money ₹5000 through paytm. He said he will not refund and do what ever i want.. There is no regular door to door waste collection in pratap nagar sector 19 and other sectors in neighborhoods.
