Individual — denabank net-banking for | |||
Date of incident: 2017-april-03 For last 3 months i have logged complain for not able to reset password for my netbanking userid with dena bank. I have sent several email to [protected]@denabank.co.in. And to [protected]@denabank.co.in but as of now i have not received even acknowledgment for the email. However i tried calling the number provided by branch but of no use, for 10 minutes automated system keeps informing that all customer service agent are busy and attend shortly.
