Hello I have bought Eureka Forbes aqua guard Compact 20-watt water purifier from amazon and received on 16 Aug 2016.The complaint number is 96481435.Though after repetitive calling I have not received any call from installation team. I took number of installation representative named Pankaj Pandey ( [protected]) from customer care and asked him for installation. He told me that as you have bought from amazon you need to pay around INR 500 for installation or you need bill from eureka forbes for free installation. When I visited Eureka Forbes office in Nashik . The sales manager told me that Amazon sell defective products and We have received instruction from our CEO that we should not entertain any request for installation or for any other services from any online buyer.
