Individual — non crediting of refund amount in my bank account refunded vide upsrtc atom txn id[protected] dated 22 may 17 for rs 1658/-

Upsrtc vide atom txn id mentioned above has refunded rs 1658 for non-booked tickets to my sbi bank a/c [protected], which is not credited till date in my account. I am repeatedly contact upsrtc customer care, but every time they are saying your refund is already made. My bank is also saying that they have not received any refund in my account.

Please help me. How to resolve this issue. It is already 03 months passed. Regards
