Individual — Non delivery of mail | |||
Y important document was sent by ICICI Direct to my wife through Blue Dart (AWB [protected]). On tracking the delivery status is given as "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". The information is not correct we receive regular deliveries from various courier services. Only requirement is to have a photo ID proof and wear helmet, which I am sure all your employees would be having. Your delivery boy did not call us to express any difficulty.
