Individual — Pan card not issued

I have applied for the pan card acknowledgment number : [protected]

Category : individual
Status :
Income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application.

But still now pancard is not issued to my name. Iam applying first time to pancard.
