Irctc retiring room cancellation refund amount has not yet been credited since 07/08/2018 vide pnr no [protected] for 20 days in spite of requesting several times through email to all irctc gmails and by telephone. Pl do the needful action having disappointed. I had booked retiring room for bhubaneswar rly stn. For 13/08/18 and 14/08/18 (2days) on 03/08/18, due to some problem, i cancelled the same on 07/08/2018. After 20 days passed, refund amount has not yet been credited.
