A speed post was sent by utiistl mumbai to my address c 304 shubham aptts plot no. 13 sector22 dwarka delhi 110077. It was despatched on 14th feb 2018 vide consignment no. Eq[protected]in to my address via post office at raj nagar ii palam area. On inquaring the post office official has told us that they have not receivrd the bag as yet and over and above their server is not working since many many days so every thing has gone berk-serk. The speed post sent to me contains my pan card
You can emagin the importace of it.
