Individual — technical problem sbi statement and pin setting

1. For a long time i have been trying to get sbi bank statement but every time after some time dialog comes “sbi network fails due to technical problem”. Please solve the problem and inform me most urgently.
2. Further, i needed my bank statement the fin year[protected] for filing my income tax return and the pin setting urgently by my mail as “[protected]@co.in.” please do the needful immediately please.
