Individual — Transaction status :Failed but the amount debited from my account

* Paytm * : It was last day to pay electricity bill and choose paytm to do so ( I regret that bigtime) as the there app said transaction failed but I got a msg from paytm that they have received that amount being the last day of electricity Bill payment the status is still pending I have raised more than 10 complaint tickets no response from there side and to add more to it none of your customer care work ? Have you been doing that to all your customers ?
