My bp no. [protected]
From 2 days now, i have started receiving calls from the igl disconnection department that i have a bill pending of amount 2889.76 from the month of april 2018 to till date, but they are not providing the billing details whatsoever on my mailing address nor on my email.
What kind of extortion is this?
As a consumer am i not entitled to receive the details of my consumption?
Or am i to just pay whatever amount a service provider is asking of me?
I was also not informed that igl has decided to stop sending the bills on mailing address..
Is it not my right to get an option about how i would like to receive my bills?
Or at least get prior information that there will be no billing details provided?
Is it not their responsibility to get the email address and telephone no. Verified before taking such a huge step in customer harassment?
And for the record, i have been trying to connect to customer care of igl from last 2 days but we all know the probabilities of that.
Therefore, i request igl to send all the pending bills and send further bills too at my mailing address as before for the bill payments.
