I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in providing the gas pipeline connection at my premises i.e. D-6, Gali No., Sadat Pur Extn, Karawal Nagar Delhi-90.
I had applied for two PNG (Piped Natural Gas) connections under Application/Customer ID Prem Wati at the above mentioned address. Despite completing all required formalities and making several follow-up calls/reminders on various occasions, the gas pipeline connection has still not been provided. I would like to bring to your notice that PNG connections have already been installed for several neighboring houses in my locality. However, my application remains unattended reason best known to the excavation/installation agency.

I request you to kindly investigate the matter and arrange for the installation/connection of the gas pipeline at the earliest. I would also appreciate receiving a written update regarding the status of my application and the expected timeline for completion.
