Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — After installation pipe not connected to burner | |||
Despite repeated calls to customer care from last 28 days after installation of meter connection is not fixed with burner, my complaint was assigned to Mr.Rohit, who kept on giving one or other excuse of not coming. After 10 days contacted customer care and registered complaint they gave of assurance to turn up in 3 working days, but no one turned up. After calling customer care again and again from last 10 days and latest complaint number [protected] was registered on 23 July, 2021. I was given assurance that they will arrange a call from their backend and will send a personel to do the needful but after 24 hours of last call I have not received any call or any person visiting. I am being mentally harassed from last 28 days as I don't have ready cylinder available for replacement in case o[censored]rgency.
