Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Arrogant staff/manager/ harassment/demanding money

i am resident of Vigyan lok-East Delhi. I had earlier called at tollfree no @2months for checking and removal of IGL connection outside the the plot under demolition. i was assured visit but regret no one came. I was not given any complaint no. I remember the name of caller-Mr.Amit who assured visit but never honored.

Yesterday 27Apr-26 there was some leakage sound reported and i immediately called toll free and the IGL person attended. No complaint no was provided.

Now i am getting calls from IGL staff east Delhi for giving the payment. There has been no clarity on the breakup for which they are asking payment. Some time some amount and then some other amount. When i asked to connect me to someone senior they called me to their office IGL-pump-Vivek vihar. The manager was arrogant and the staff not at all listening. This has led to an argument where the manager had even tried to fight. when i asked for some senior person then also there is no response. All staff is ganged up and it is a sort of an extortion racket .Every one is coming with some of other charges.

I strongly make complaint against the concerned staff who collectively ganged up and particularly the manager who is the main culprit. I request the competent authority to investigate the case and see to it that customers are not harassed and felt threatened by the goons of IGL.

i shall also approach the consumer forum on this and highlight this issue.

Let me give undertaking that whatever is within law and is due for me to make payment, i shall be doing so.
