Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Assigned wrong BP number to my account/premises

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that my premises have been assigned with wrong IGL BP number [protected].

I Daljeet Singh Khurana, resident of A3/1609, Purvanchal Royal City, Tower-9, Floor -16, Sector CHI-5, Greater Noida-201306.

Connection with BP number [protected] assigned wrongly to my premises. I am getting harassments from IGL executive, they visit my premises every 2 days and threatening for disconnection. Every time I have to explain them that this BP number doesn't belong to me, it seems they have attached my ID, details with this BP number but this is connected to some other flat which they are not able to trace.

Now IGL has send me the legal notice for disconnection, this is mental harassments and I would like you to resolve this asap.

IGL didn't resolve the issue after several compliant to customer care executive and the executive who visit to log the reading rather they send me the legal notice, this is not acceptable and mental harassment.

I would like to you take the necessary action on this and resolve the issue asap.
