Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Bad service/delayed connection

I had applied for connection in begining of Decemeber 2025, The website said it will take upto 40 days to get the connection.
Their representative came and collected the money the very next day.

Till today, no step has been taken by them to place the connection.

After multiple follow ups with their helpline, they keep telling they will resolve this asap, but no step is taken.

The representative came today and told me that get a meter first, then we will dig and place the pipe for connection.

After 40 days, they are telling me what should have been done in these 40 days.
