This is in reference to bp no.[protected].
I have a complete ticket record of my queries regarding why
1. My bill is not generated on app
2. Bill not reflecting on site
3. Seeking help from customer care for bill
4. Bill is never sent to the connection address
After all this, they are charging a me a penalty fees for late submission of bill.
I don’t understand when all utility bodies are moving with such a drift on technology these people are not even in the race.
Igl representative come n take reading, even after that this has happened.
I have screenshots and sent on mail to igl but no one has time to reply them
The worst experience with igl
I want to file a complaint and want igl to send me new bill with penalty removed.
