I have been trying to contact the people at IGL customer care, but to no avail. I have bought a new house and didn't receive the bill. Now I have recieved a bill that is of past date and shows that my connection has been deactivated. If I didn't use their services after the last owner handed over the house to me then how will I be able to solve this issue?
