Dear concerned, I just visited at "mayur vihar phase 1" cng pump to refill cng of my car. The person who was take care of point mr. Bura singh, when he started to fill the cng meater was not moving and when i ask to check he press a button and it shows that cng for rs. 5.43 had been filled. Again he started meater for filling and same error reflected with filling of rs. 11. 30, both time he didn't want notice the error but i pointed out the same. Finally he filled cng of rs. 259.90 but when i ask about error he started very rude behavior and forced that you have to pay total amount without any questions. I paid the amount and went to meet with manager mr. Arjun tiwari, he was trying to identify the error and explain to me. But bura singh was not in control to manager also and started insolence there. I ask to receipt with mentioning error amounts, he denied but anyway manager arranged it. I just want to highlight that it's not the matter of rs. 16, but representative was very rude and management should take a review of mention person.
