A cheque was issued in favor of igl for rrs. 6000/-towards new connection and the same got cleared on january 29, 2018 in spite of multiple requests to the customer care no action has been taken by the concerned till date.. I have spoken to mr. Rajeev kumar on his mobile no [protected] no of times bt got no response till date. To my surprise he meter readers from igl are visiting my place to take the reading. Can some one from the igl is in a position to confirm the date of installation..
