I am your consumer with bp no.[protected]. The supply of png was stopped in my flat after my tenant vacated the house on may 25th 2017. Now, another tenant when contacted your office for restarting the supply, was asked to deposit rs. 6, 000/- and the supply of the previous connection was kept stopped.
I request you to revive the supply of the gas and refund the money unauthorizedly taken from my tenant by your people as the flat is already having one connection with number mentioned above.
Hope to have a resolution withing 24 hours.
