Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — bp number [protected] leakage unit is not adjusted in the bill | |||
Hi Team, I had leakage complain earlier and unit is not adjusted in the bill. In the starting first 15 days there were leakage then Customer care support team solved this at the time of leakage unit was 75. My bp number [protected] When the person came for reading it was 96 unit. So i was suppose to get the bill of 96-75 = 21 unit but i received the bill of 96 unit. I have called customer care many times and emailed customercare.[protected]@igl.co.in many times still no response from IGL. Please adjust the leakage unit and re generate the bil.
