Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Cheated/forgery - Bill increased three times after new meter installed

I have IGL pipeline gas connection from past 14 years and there was no problem until they installed new metre of RAYCHEM brand.
My usual unit consumed per month ranges 12-15 units per month after installation of new meter it sudden shoot upto 34 units per month which is way to high.
After complaining they found defect in meter as it was making strange noise so IGL installed a meter of AEM brand (the same brand meter which was installed for past 14 years) and meter reading was again coming perfect as before and complaint was closed.

Again after 28 hrs they showed up without informing and said they will be changing meter again. So they installed RAYCHEM brand meter for the second time. Now this second meter is making similar noise and consuming 1 unit per day whereas my daily average from past 14 years is (.500 - .600) unit.

Now I am requesting IGL to change meter of different manufacturer as REYCHEM brand meter are calibrated to churn out more unit consumption and IGL is closing my complaints without solving them. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
