Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Commercial connection termination requested two months ago but action not taken

We have closed our restaurant in September and requested Termination of Gas Connection #[protected]. It’s been close to two months but no action is yet taken. I am following up with different gl teams of ghaziabad like sunny gautam from marketing, Mohammed Salim, Kuldeep and ankit from operations. Everyone is passing the ball to each other. Now I have left no other option other than going to consumer forum.
