Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Complainant about negligence of work

Hi this is adv Sachin kashyap, I am living in 156b g block lajpat nagar sahibabad Ghaziabad up 201005.
Few days back some people workers of igl came at my society for digging gass pipe line connection and they have been dig huge digs and holes in my society and till now those holes have not been filled properly, because of this we people are facing somany problems for example:water clogging, child safety issues, mosquito diseases and car parking issues, so please fill them properly as because it had been done by igl workers so it is their duty to fill these holes properly at that time.
This is my humble request to do the needful as soon as possible.
