Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — complaint against billing

I have installed a png connection. The application for the same was submitted in the month of january, 2017. The booking date is 06.01.2017. As stated by your good office registration done before 31.01.2017 will entitle the customer rebate of rs. 500/-. I am sorry to say but the same has not been given to us in the first bill and on speaking with your customer care team it was stated that same shall be adjusted in the next bill. However the same has not been given effect to.

Further the bill depicts an amount of rs. 500/- as emi against arrears. Request you to pl let me know what is this emi against arrears and why i have to pay for this

Also pl adjust the amount of rs. 500/- as stated above.
