[Resolved] Indraprastha Gas Limited [Igl] — Complaint against igl, delhi

In reference to the subject mentioned above, it is to inform you that I had applied for a new gas connection for my govt. quarter H. No. H-367, Ground Floor, Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi-110065 and the same was installed by the IGL team vide connection bearing no. (B.P. No.) [protected].
However, after some time it was observed that the flame was very much reduced. So, I registered complaints to the customer care for which I was provided complaints no. [protected] and [protected] but it was to no avail. The issued was not addressed at all. Once again, I contacted IGL Office technicians (Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Naval and Mr. Dilip) on phone no. 69400454/53 but I was informed that no such complaints are available in the records. How is it possible that the complaints registered and that too, many times have no record at all? I again, contacted the customer care several times however I was informed that due to some technical problem, the complaints are not being saved in the system.
Many days have passed and I have not yet been contacted by IGL. The problem is yet to be resolved. I believe, it is sheer negligence on the part of the officials who registered my complaints & the officials whose duty is to resolve such complaints.
I request you again to resolve the issue from your end.
If my problem/issue is not resolved within 3 days, I shall take this matter further at the appropriate levels.

Complaints has been resolved. But they have charged Rs. 150 as Visit charge. So i am very unhappy. and they have charged a new connection Rs. 360/- but i have submitted DD for new connection. So please provide the right information in this regard. why they have charged extra.
