Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — connection delayed

I have applied for gas pipe line in april 2017. The payment has also been cleared. But the connection has not been done yet. The surveyor who came for the feasibility test said digging will done to lay the pipe line. But it has been more than 5 months no action has been taken yet. My bp no is [protected]. Please look into the case.
