Hi,
I have taken a new IGL connection in Oct'2023,
After 1 month by multiple follow-ups and request to customer care they installed Meter at my flat.
Now 3 months have completed of Meter installation but still my connection not activated.
So poor service by IGL in Delhi/NCR, also customer care is not supportive. If you raise any request at customer care, then they closed your request by self after 2 days without any resolution. Was this information helpful? |
