I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the long-pending activation of my PNG connection. It has been over three months since my BP number was allotted, and despite multiple follow-ups, the connection has not been provided.

Although the gas meters were installed in our society more than a year ago, the concerned dealer/vendor is reportedly unwilling to visit the society to complete the final connection and activation process. This delay is causing significant inconvenience as we are unable to utilize the piped gas service despite having a valid registration.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that a technician is assigned to complete the connection within the next 48 hours. Please provide an update on the status of this request at the earliest.
