I have applied for a new connection in Sunder Vihar, Paschim Vihar on 24.06.2021 having BP No. [protected]. Regrettably, till date my connection has not yet started in-spite 90 days TAT. I was an igl user for the last 9 years in my old house and this is my new house.
I have made more than 100 calls to customer care till date but very-2 poor responses from the same. Single reply given by CCE `` We have escalated your matter and soon our senior or technical team will connect to you." Meter has already been installed 2 months ago. No Area Head or Manager has made a call to know about the concern. If you say I want to talk with your seniors, "then answer ``they are busy right now and call back u shortly"...but never receive a call back till date.
...Very-2 disappointing system...Pathetic way to deal with the issues...
Lastly, I wish to conclude that whether IGL is able to start the connection, If yes - Then how much time and If No, Kindly send me a written intimation and refund my security deposit and i will go for LPG connection... Was this information helpful? |
