Hello IGL
I would to highlight some concerns related to the process of getting a connection for my house. We requested for IGL connection at our place in the month of February 2021. On which things started moving from month of March and pipe fitting at my place was completed (internal fitting) in the month of March-April. Post which till date IGL people/labour have visited us few times, clicked pictures of meter installed etc. however no action has been taken on activating the connection . Also, in order to connect things underground your labour has dug a hole and covered it with debris, which is again causing too much trouble to neighborhood and us. I fail to understand the time duration which is required to complete a connection.
If i understand it correct i would require to pay a hefty amount of 12000 rupees in order to get the connection. However even after agreeing to pay for installation, i can't get the a simple connection within 90 days (Claimed by you). Also, your customer care always has same answer of escalating it to next level however everything goes in vain.
I would appreciate a quick and prompt action on it.
