I've visited IGL customer center at shalimar bagh on 24/04/2023 and paid all pending dues upfront. Ticket number - [protected]
1) There was technician visit same day at my house and he asked me for buying restoration equipment from outside. Strange?? as connection is old and they do not have these parts in their inventory. Strange again??
2) Till today[protected], we live in digital era unfortunately IGL is still in stone age, where my payment is not reflected in their system and hence restoration work cannot start.
3) Today I got whatsApp message from +91-[protected] asking for payment of 6900/- INR else my connection will be disconnected. Upon sharing the receipt for 6500, still she asked to make payment of 500 for restoration charges. This seems scam in broad daylight. Please investigate and the authenticity of this caller who has IGL logo as DP.
4) Finally, what is the ETA for my connection restoration? DO i need to bribe? That's what is expectations I believe as i speak to IGL individuals on ground. Was this information helpful? |
