[Resolved] Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — control room executive misleading and misbehaving | |||
Made a request for stove convert on 25/01/2019 for the bp number [protected]. I was assured that the request will be handled within 48 hours i. E 27/01/2019 but till now the request is not even forwarded to the control room. On contacting the control room executive (Ph. No [protected]), the person concerned is saying that the request was closed and now a request is generated today. Also on asking him about the technician's phone number, he is misbehaving and now my call is not being picked up. Please take strict actions on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
