Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Customer Care worst behaviour

Address:Shalimar Garden Extension -1, Ghaziabad

My BP No. is [protected] and the bill was not paid since Dec'20.
Reason : Inappropriate Bill Generation
Called so many times to send someone who can correct this bill issue when they called for the payment due

I'm talking about today's incident wherein had to face a worst behaviour or customer care executive Mahi Sharma from [protected] number at 1250hrs wherein her call starts with
"koi bolega"
I replied : bol rahe hain madam
Mahi: Phele batao, bill kyon nahin pay kiya (rudely)
I replied: Customer se aise baat ki jati hai. Pehle us se sun to lo kyon nahin pay kiya
Mahi : Theek hai batao (again rudely)
I replied: Madam pehle tameez se baat karo fir aapse baat karoonga
Mahi : Theek hai gas connection cut jayega abhi and she banged on her phone.

Note: Till today I haven't received the correct bill from IGL and they have the worst customer care executive who talk. She should be sued for slander.

To overcome such situation, I went to IGL office of Vaishali, Ghaziabad and met with the staff Satender and detailed him about the issue again and also given him today's IGL meter reading.

I also showed him the paid amout of INR 4114.06 today.

He said that due to COVID, reading was taken on pro rata basis and now the chip in the meter has been made active and going forward, the bill will be corrected.

I just need from IGL that there are so many people who old and unable to pay bill online and if they get the incorrect bill, how are they going to approach the correct people in IGL to get their bill/ payment rectified.

IGL should start a drive for such people, get the random check of meters, incorrect bills to get them rectified. This would help the consumers (citizen on India).

If the freedom of India has allowed us to earn, please earn without harming mentally/ physically to the people. Please don't raise your standards of earning only, raise your behaviour too, with the people.

Meter reading and paid bill are attached.
If it doesn't get corrected, I'll have to go the higher authority
