Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — customer harassment

Recently we got igl connection and with this one incident it appears it was a wrong decision. Today in evening the gas was coming on and off, so dialed at their customer care number. But couldnt get connected to any representative to share my concern after waiting for long on call. Eventually i had to dial in emergency number as didn't want to take the risk of any gas leakage. Though i got connected swiftly but kept on getting different numbers and after speaking on 5-6 different numbers managed to speak to correct (I guess) team. They registered my complaint and given the assurance of sending the technician within half an hour. Now it's been 1.5 hrs and when i contacted again to check the status then i was told to wait another 15-20 mins. It's 4 mins to 10 pm and i am literally getting frustrated as when it's time to rest or sleep i will be getting along with technician. I got the feeling of any govt company or office where people work as per their comfort ignoring their customers. Pathetic.
