BP No. [protected], I had applied for temporary closure of the gas connection to house no. D-72, Sector 30, Noida some time in late June 2022 (No date is displayed in the complaint on IGL app) I received a call on the 1st of July 2022 to inform me that the IGL staff has arrived at D-72, Sector 30, Noida for disconnection, I reached the site and the meter was taken away by the staff and the connection closed. They were confused whether to close it temporarily or permanently. I was told that I will get a message on the 9th of July 2022 confirming it was "closed without charge" and if I agreed. I agreed. Then on 14th July 2022 I got to know that the staff had come to close the connection from the main line, IGL staff dug up the sewer line and broke the ramp leading to the house from the road but they COULD NOT find the pipe line!? I was assured that the damage will be repaired. Nothing happened and on my dailing [protected] I was told that if the IGL damaged anything then we have to get it repaired IGL will do nothing.
