Hi,
I had applied for new igl connection as on 17 dec. 2018 and it's almost three months gone connection not start only pipe line and meter has installed. Many times i give complaint about it to your customer care officer, still connection not start and your customer care no any answer. They always replied we forward your complaint. Please take a suitable step and start the connection asap.
This is very poor services from your side.
